Refund policy

You can get a refund when

• The login details don't work and the seller can't fix it.
• The account or item isn't as described.
• The account is taken back during the warranty.
• A manual order isn't delivered.

We can't refund when

• You changed your mind after receiving an account that works and matches the offer. Login details can't be "returned" once seen.
• The warranty has ended or you already confirmed the order.
• The problem was caused after delivery, for example a ban for cheating or losing the account to a phishing link.

Refunds are paid to your ibis.games wallet, where you can spend or withdraw them.
