Buyer protection: escrow and warranty

When you pay, the money goes to ibis.games, not to the seller. We keep it on hold (escrow) during the warranty.

Warranty length

• Counter-Strike 2 accounts: 5 days
• Other games: 7 days

The warranty starts when the account is delivered.

What it covers

• The login details don't work.
• The account isn't as described (rank, rating, Prime, items, bans).
• The seller or a previous owner takes the account back.

If any of these happen, open a dispute. The payment is frozen right away and can't reach the seller until the case is settled.

When the seller gets paid

Automatically when the warranty ends without a dispute, or earlier if you confirm the order. After that the order is final.
