When and how sellers get paid

When

When the buyer's warranty ends without a dispute (5 days after delivery for CS2, 7 days for other games), or earlier if the buyer confirms the order. The sale price minus our commission is added to your seller balance.

How

1. Add your crypto wallet address in your Seller dashboard payout settings.
2. Go to Withdrawals and request a payout.
3. Our finance team processes it and you'll see the status update.

Payouts are in crypto only. If a dispute is open on an order, its money stays frozen until the case is decided.
