Choosing the right coin and network
Avoid lost or delayed payments.
Many coins exist on more than one network. USDT, for example, can be sent on TRC20 (Tron), ERC20 (Ethereum), BEP20 and others. The address and the network must match.
- Always use the network shown on the payment page.
- If your exchange asks you to choose a network when withdrawing, pick the same one.
- Low-fee networks (such as TRC20 for USDT, or LTC) are usually the cheapest and fastest for small amounts.
Sent on the wrong network? Contact support with the transaction ID. Some cases can be recovered, but it isn't guaranteed.
